Junk removal pricing varies based on the scope of the job - what needs to go, how much there is, and the condition of the property. We assess each situation individually to give you a fair, accurate quote.

Amount of labor required for removal
Move-out cleaning
Move-out cleaning is priced based on the size of your home and its condition. A well-maintained home and a heavily soiled one require different levels of labor and supplies, so we quote accordingly, with full transparency.

Size of the home - number of rooms, restrooms, and floors.
Level of cleaning required - standard or heavy-duty.
